A Blood donation camp in commemoration of the death anniversary of Mother Teresa. In a commemoration of the Death Anniversary of Mother Teresa, the ORBIT and

ICYM jointly organized a blood donation camp on 5-9-2013 in Gulbarga diocese at ORBIT, Humnabad. Mr. L.B.Agni the Sub Inspector of Humnabad inauguration the camp by lighting the lamp and said that we don’t sell the blood but we donate it. It is our duty to serve the country and humans in every possible way. Blood donation is among the highest service one can render to humanity. He encouraged the youth to come forward to donate the blood.

Fr. Leo Veigas the dean of Bidar deanery spoke on the charitable work that is done by the ORBIT. He also encouraged all the gathering to save a person’s life by donating the blood. Congress Taluka president and the hospital senior staff nurse and other fathers, sisters and youths from various parishes were present for the programme

Fr. Bapu the ORBIT Director welcomed the gathering and FR. Victor Vas the DYD of Gulbarga thanked all the guest and blood donors. Sr. Prameela did the master of the ceremony. There were 115 people who donated the blood on this day and among them the priests, sisters, youths, students and others people.
