YSM Training Programme

11th & 12th July, 2014: The YCS / YSM animators and the office bearers training programme was held at Sugyana pastoral center on 11 and 22 July 2014 at Gulbarga. 16 animators and 44 students participated in the programme.

The programme began on July 11, 2014 at 7.00 with the interreligious prayer service. Rev. Fr. Ronald Veigas the ICYM, YCS/YSM director of Shivmogga was the resource person for the training programme conducted the prayer service.

The inaugural function was held in the morning. Bishop Most. Rev. Robert Michael Miranda was the chief guest for the programme. Fr. Ronald Vaeigas the resource person of the training programme and Fr. Victor Anil Vas the DYD of Gulbarga Diocese, Pawan Chauhan and Sony the student representatives were the guest for the programme. The President Bishop Most Rev. Robert Michael Miranda by lighting the lamp inaugurated the YSM 2014-2015. In his inaugural speech he asked the student to become good leaders in the society.

Fr. Ronal Veigas spoke to the animators and said Animators are the back bone of the movement and they need to guide the student all the time. Fr. Victor Anil Vas taught the student to use the methodology of YSM during their cell meeting. After the session Miss Jovita the former YCS/YSM national secretary shared her experience and asked the student to use the opportunity fruitfully when they get it.

After the session the animators and the office bearers had a cell meeting and they were given a topic to discuss on an issue.

At the end there was an election for the DEXCO
