ICYM Madantyar Celebrates Meaningful Diwali

22nd October, 2017: Diwali, festival of lights was celebrated by ICYM Madanthyar on 22 of October, Sunday at 7.00 pm at Sacred Heart Ursuline sisters Convent. The program led by Ursuline Sisters by a short prayer service. "You are the light of the world" was the main theme of the program. All the youth lit the candles as symbol of festival of lights. Soon after the prayer service, games were conducted by assistant parish priest Fr Alwyn, Principal Fr Jerome and president ICYM Madanthyar Mr Tyson. Parish priest Fr Basil Vas delivered a message and wishes on Diwali which was celebrated without crackers and pollution. The program ended with refreshments arranged by Ursuline sisters.
