ICYM Kokkada Celebrates Independence Day

19th August, 2017: Members of ICYM Kokkada Unit celebrated the Feast of Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary and 71st Indian Independence Day on 15th August 2017. A small programme was held at the Church premises . Chief Guests of the Programme were Fr. Frederic Monteiro and Fr. Stany Monteiro, Mrs.Alice dsouza, the vice president of parish council, Lawrence Pais the secretary of Parish council, Lancy dsouza the ICYM president of Kokkada unit, Mr John Monteiro, the animator and other were present for the programme

Fr.Fredrik Monteiro oisted the national flag and delivered the independence day message on this auspicious day. Sweets were distributed to the parishioners.

All the members of ICYM Kokkada visited the sick people of the parish on the same day and spent some time with them
