Parish Level Dance Competition

Madanthyar , Mangalore 10th August 2014: ICYM Madanthyar unit of Mangalore Diocese organized parish level dance competition on 10th August 2014, at 3.00 p.m. at Sacred Heart High School Hall. Formal function was presided by Sr. Reshma Fernandes. Judges for the competition were Sr. Shanthi Priya and Mr. Vivek Fernandes. ICYM President Mr. Jaison Gonsalves, Secretary Mr. Arwin Moras and Cultural Secretary Mr. Tyson D’Cunha were seated on the dais. Sr. Reshma wished all the participants in her presidential words. This competition was conducted under 3 categories i.e, between 5 to 10, between 10 to 15 and above 15, under solo and group division. Many children participated in the competition. Miss Wilma D’Souza, Lady Vice President of ICYM Central Council & representative of Belthangady deanery and Mr. Sujith Monis, Former Secretary of Belthangady Deanery were present. Later Mr. Vivek Fernandes wished good luck to all the youth for their future programs. Fr. Clifford Pinto Asst Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Church Madyanthar. gave concluding speech. Mr. Jaison Gonsalves welcomed the gathering and Mr. Tyson D’Cunha proposed vote of thanks. Miss Renisha Veigas and Mr. Nisha D’Silva compered .
