1. To work with the Theme committee to help prepare Tentative Time Table

2. To appoint Dioceses to prepare for Mass in Syro-Malabar, Syro-Malankara and Latin Rite Masses

3. To get Liturgy printed along with the Hymns/ Bhajans / Taize Prayer Chants

5. To facilitate Taize style prayer, prepare for a good confessions/ reconciliation servicep, etc.

6. Organize a team of Sacristans (sisters and volunteers) and keep ready all the liturgical and altar decorations

7. Prepare Budget

8. Present it to LOC and get approval from ICYM Regional Office
