1.Letters to Diocesan Youth Directors (DYD) for suggestions on the Theme and possible Thrusts for future (Give deadline for response)

2. Brainstorm in Theme committee and Local Organizing Committee (LOC) on: Theme / Thrust

3. Debrief LOC and all Conveners, and lay direction for RYC

4. Identify resource persons (at least 2-3 per topic)

5. Working papers for RYC giving Theme / Thrust / Future Perspective>

6. Contact and confirm resource persons and other Dignitaries

7. Finalize Convention Design 1 Time Table

8. Send Convention Time Table to the Registration Committee / Resource Persons

9. Prepare - Draft - Workshop Questionnaire

10. Prepare Budget for Theme Committee

11. Present Budget to LOC and get approval

12. Group Formation (in co-ordination with Registration Committee)

13. Identify the Workshop Venues, Sign Board Locations, Work Shop Material, Master Control Chart giving details of Workshops and its venues

14. At the Convention Site: a) Space and team to Tabulate Workshop Report; b) Team to write daily reports for documentation and for morning briefing session. c) 1st/ 2nd /3rd Draft Statement of the Convention d) Assign Ushers to facilitate the Groups

15. Ensure all files 1 documents are systematically maintained and Passed on to the KRY Commission for Future Conventions / Archives
