BOSCO Youth, KGF Celebrates National Youth Sunday and Membership Day

9th August, 2017: Don Bosco Youth of St Joseph Church, Susei Palya (KGF) celebrated the National Youth Sunday and Membership Day on 6th Sunday 2017. The Celebration began with the Holy Eucharist celebrated by Rev Fr Jomy, the Bangalore Zone Bosco Youth Director. The liturgy was animated by the youth with lots of creativity which helped all the youth to participate in the mass well.

The youth present for the mass pledged to be honest citizens and good Christians and be at the service of the society and the church. The mass was followed by a session animated by the Salesian brothers (Br Manu, Br Jerin Br Abhilash) from KJC, Bangalore. The youth were given new ID cards as sign of membership. Thirty five youth were present for the programme. The programme was a great success because of the support of the Parish Priest Rev Fr Rakshaka Dass SDB.

Bosco Youth Local Executive Team (LET) Directors meetings was held at Don Bosco Provincial House Bangalore on 15 July 2015. The meeting began with a short prayer service. Fr MK George the Rector of the Provincial house welcomed the gathering and wished the best for the meeting.
