ANIMATORS TRAINING PROGRAM- DIOCESE OF UDUPI

The diocese of Udupi conducted a training program on 4.2.2024, at Anugraha Pastoral Centre, guiding and educating the 34 animators of the ICYM Udupi, on the importance of effective communication of the animators in youth groups. The animators actively participated in all the interactions, learning their role as guides, companions, and advisor and how it impacts productivity, team dynamics and organizational success. The training program received great applause with overwhelmingly positive feedback from the participants for they felt it would yield improved interactions, enhanced teamwork and effective collaboration. It added and attached more significance, with the distribution of certificates to the attendees during the closing ceremony. A memento was presented to Fr. Anil D’Sa by Mr.Godwin Mascarenhas. With well-coined words Fr. Steevan Fernadez expressed gratitude to Fr. Anil for effectively conveying the complex concept of the topic, facilitating positive learning.
