LIVE-IN PROGRAM for DEXCO of DIOCESE of UDUPI

To create bonds for working together, the DEXCO of the diocese of Udupi assembled in Anugraha Centre on 25 th Jan 2024 for a two-day live-in program. Strong bonds fostered open and honest communication among the members leading to a better understanding and collaboration. And further leads to creating trust within the team enabling members to rely on each other and feel confident in their abilities to collaborate effectively to weather storms and to emerge stronger by supporting each other. Fr. Steven’s youth- related presentations and explanations on ICYM Memorandum and Integral Rules and Regulations provided clear guidance on expected behaviors processes, and standards, ensuring consistency and uniformity in functioning as members of ICYM. Overall, amidst the hub of busy schedules, they invested time into creating bonds among team members to create a more cohesive and successful working environment for all the 13 members.
