KRCBC-Youth commission 13th council

21st June, 2014: The KRCBC-Youth commission 13th council`s Inaugural program began at 10.30am on 21st June 2014, Catholic center. Mysore. Ms. Maria the regional team member welcomed everyone to the council meeting. Ms. Jaya Mary Regional Girl Representative conducted prayer session. Mr. Martin the Regional President welcomed the Gathering. Ms. Preetha D`Souza vice president of Mysore diocese welcomed the council to her diocese. The 12th regional council meeting report was read by Ms. Monisha lopes Regional General Secretary. The report was proposed by Fr. Divia Paul DYD of Bangalore seconded by Mr. Leo from Bangalore diocese. Minutes of the RYC -14 1st preparatory meeting was read by Mr. Cyril Prabhu boy rep.

The new convention logo was presented to council the Council members suggested some correction like the colour of the bible can be changed, 14 stars can be little more brighter, adding convention place. Then inauguration of RYC-2014 website www.ryckarnataka.com by Mr. Jose Jacob. Then we discussed about the rules and regulation of theme song for convention which will be best composed one will be selected as a theme song. The theme song committee will take the responsibility to select the song. Then Fr. Mari gave the budget of the regional convention.

The guest Fr. Soosai the Diocesan coordinator of Mysore told about our preparation of convention start with positive thinking which will bring positive vibration in our preparation. Mr. Raymond D`souza in his speech extended complete support to convention.

Ms. Jean Christy regional spokes person proposed the vote of thanks. Then we had lunch. Ms. Jovita conducted ice breaking session. Then Fr. Divia Paul director of Bangalore took sssion on “How to work towards convention?” He shared his experience and told about aims and objectives of convention through question answer from audience. Then we had discussion about the rally and registration. Then we formed 27 committees and the members of the committees. Then Fr. Mari Joseph thanked the gathering and dignitaries. Then Fr. Mari Joseph offered holy Eucharist and prayed for us.
