BOSCO Youth – HYPE Programme for State Executive Team (SET)

8th January, 2018: HYPE (Holistic Youth Personality Enhancement) a two day programme was organized for the state leaders of Bosco Youth at Don Bosco, Tumkur on 6th -7th January 2018. Leaders were trained on Public Speaking, Event Management and Communication skills.

Training was organised by Rev.Fr. Anil D’sa Regional Secretary of KRYC and Regional Director of Bosco Youth and his associates Rev. Fr. Yesu Das, Assistant Director of Bosco Youth and Rev.Fr. Roshan D’sa the Vocation. Training was animated in groups by lots of practices on communication skills and public speaking. Leaders were trained on public speaking by capturing videos, recognising their mistakes and correcting them to improve their communication. Many activities were animated to build confidence. Action plan for the year 2018 was discussed and decided by the youth leaders. The whole program helped the youth leaders to improve their communication skills. On the second day, the training program concluded with the session on Report writing by Rev.Fr. Francis sdb.
