"Vanamaothsava" by ICYM Bajjodi

16th July, 2017: ICYM Bajjodi Unit had organized ‘’vanamaothsava’’ programme on 9th July 2017. The programme commenced with invocation by ICYM members. Fr. Sahabas Crasta the Parish priest of Bajjodi church, in his message highlighted the importance of the day and exhorted the people to take care of the environment by planting trees. ICYM members handed over the plant to Fr. Shahabas Crasta and one sampling was planted in the church garden. 100 plants of different varieties of medicinal value and other plants were distributed. At the end ICYM president Ms. Jewel Fernandez proposed Vote of thanks. Parish priest Fr. Shahabas Crast, Asst. parish priest Fr. Ivan D’Souza, Guest priest Fr. Ajith Rodrigues were present for the programme.
