YCS/YSM National Report

YCS/YSM Live in programme is to enable the new NEXCO members to know each other better, understand the movement in detail and future plan and to participate in them.

13-8-2016. At 4.30 p.m with an Inaugural mass the programme started. After the mass Fr. Chethan in his inaugural talk he spoke about human as a social being thwerefore this programme is to know each other. After the supper all the NEXCO discussed about next programme.

14-8-2016 after the mass enlightened about what is YCS/YSM and our role in YCS/YSM as NEXCO. each one as a NEXCO we are the bearers of national vision, value leadership qualities. There was a group discussion about our role and duties. after lunch as a exposure we visited 3 deaneries in Udupi diocesan YCS/YSM units also visited Karkal Church. Shared our personal experience to knowing each other deeply. after supper we Evaluated about the exposure.On 15-8-2016 Indian Independence day together we took an oath in the mass to create just society keeping the spirit of the YCS/YSM. we Hoisted national Flag we feel proud to be Indian. After that we discussed about the National theme and action plan.

Future National programs
1) 1st to 7th Sep at USM in Indore. only for animators. that is not for priest or religious.
2) From 2nd to 6th Oct . NSLTP camp at Andhra Pradesh in English. Entrance fees 200/-
3) 12th to 16th Oct NSLTP camp at Nagpur in Hindi
4) 28th& 29th Dec to discuss about National convention at Kolkata.
5) 22nd to 26th May 2017 There is a National convention at Kolkata or second option is at Shimoga.
