The YCS Dexco LIVE-IN Training Program – 2024

The YCS Dexco LIVE-IN Training Program, held from August 12th to 14th, 2024, at Anugrha Pastoral Centre, kakkunje, Udupi, was a great success. Day one guided by Fr. Steven Fernandez, focused on spiritual enrichment, team bonding, and setting expectations. On day two, Fr. Steven Fernandes's homily addressed challenges, followed by engaging discussions, presentations, and interactive games on team spirit and unity led by Melwyn Castelino and Anson Nazareth increased the participants' enthusiasm through his interactive activities. The program also included an inter-religious prayer session and reflection on identity and role in YCS. On the last day, the group was inspired by personal experiences shared by Anson Nazareth, Briston Rodrigues, and Amica. The training concluded with group presentations followed by the Holy Eucharist, and the YCS anthem, motivating new leaders to take action. This transformative experience empowered participants to embody the YCS spirit to lead with fire and focus.
