The “Talk and Tactics” online Session

The “Talk and Tactics” online session, held on March 1, 2024, for all district officers via google meet, aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the MCYM office and its operational framework, while emphasizing the crucial role of MCYM leaders within the church. The session began with a warm welcome address, creating an engaging and collaborative atmosphere for learning. Resource person Jobin Enos, former MCYM president for the Pathanamthitta diocese, led the session with expertise, sharing his deep understanding of MCYM dynamics. He explored various aspects of the MCYM office, including its organizational structure, functions and responsibilities offering practical insights into participants. Additionally, the session highlighted the vital role of MCYM leaders in the church, underscoring their importance and contributions to the community. Participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing experiences and perspectives enriching the learning experience. The event concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing gratitude for the opportunity to deepen their understanding of MCYM and their role as leaders within the church. Over all the session facilitated by Jobin Enose, was a resounding success, empowering district office bearers with the knowledge and insights needed to fulfill their responsibilities with confidence and effectiveness.
