Central Council Hosts Successful Event Organizing Training Program MAESTRO

On April 25, 2024, the ICYM Udupi Diocese Central Council organised a highly successful event organising training program titled "MAESTRO" at the Anugraha Pastoral Centre in Udupi. The session drew 45 enthusiastic youth from across the diocese, eager to enhance their event planning and organizing skills. The renowned anchor Mr. Alwyn Danthi, shared valuable insights into event management, highlighting the distinct characteristics and requirements of each. Mr. Dhanthi’s session focused on the critical components of a welcome speech and vote of thanks, emphasizing clarity, brevity and relevance. He also provided essential tips for MCs and event organizers, stressing the importance of meticulous preparations resourcefulness, and quick decision-making. The youth left the session equipped with practical knowledge and skills to organize future events. The positive feedback from attendees praised the knowledge shared by Mr. Danthi. MAESTRO proved to be a platform for learning, interacting and growth. The success of this event testifies to the dedication and hard work of the ICYM Udupi, who look forward to organising future programs to empower the youth to excel in all spheres with confidence.
