World Youth Day (WYD) held at Lisbon, Portugal
World Youth Day 2023 was a significant Catholic festival held in Lisbon, Portugal, with approximately 354,000 pilgrims from over 185 countries and the support of 25,000 volunteers. The closing Vigil and Mass had an estimated 1.5 million attendees. 7 youth from our diocese had been the active participants in the conference along with our director.
