General Body Meeting and Central Committee Election- 2024

The YCS Central Committee Election 2024-25 was staged on July 7, 2024, at Anugraha Pastoral Centre, Udupi. Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Gerald Lobo, the Bishop of Udupi Diocese, graced the event, encouraging participants with reflections. Grynal D’mello led an insightful session on leadership, while Jesvita Lobo presented the 2023-24 annual report. Nikitha Rebello proposed key suggestions for future programs, including deanery conventions and workshops. Joshua Fernandez Belman was elected President of the YCS Central Committee, with Kavitha Coutinho from Miyar, chosen as Lady Animator for YCS Udupi. The launch of the “YUVAGAAZ” youth magazine and appreciation letters to outgoing office bearers, and the singing of the YCS anthem brought an exhilarating finish to the central committee election.
