Youth Animators & Leaders Training Programme

The ICYM Belgaum Diocese organized a Youth Animators and Leaders Training Programme on July 29, 2023 at Sevalaya,Dharwad. It was a great pleasure to have a good response of 90 Participants, which includes the Animators and Youth Office bearers from all the parishes of the diocese. Fr. Ralin Joseph De Souza, SDB was the resource person of the day, who emphasized that youth need to focus on qualitative leadership in society as well as in the church. He also highlighted that the youth should learn to cope with the problems and be ready to face them. The session included a lot of activities, fun and dancing. The session helped the youth to introspect themselves, build relationship with one another.

Fr. Harry acknowledged the priests and animators who have been closely associating with and helping the youth in the parishes. He thanked the resource person for facilitating the youth and animators.

It was gratifying to see that deaneries participated well and that fresh candidates were elected to serve as deanery Representatives who would assist the parish presidents and the diocesan team as well.
