Yuva Sambhram - 2024

YCS Udupi Deanery’s Yuva Sambhram 2024, convention fuelled youthful passion on October 2nd, 2024, at Mother of sorrows church, Udupi. Fr. Ashwin’s inspiring homily highlighted guardian angels on the feast day. The resource persons emphasized harnessing youth talent for societal change and personal growth. The dance and skit completion were based on the theme of folk dance and Mangalore Konkani weddings, and showcased heritage. Other competitions included newspaper costume designing and collage making, with a focus on the theme of “women abuse.” Fr. Charles Menezes and Fr. Steven Fernandes urged participants to preserve Manglorean Culture’s richness and beauty. The event concluded with a Baila dance, creating beautiful memories of the event organized by the deanery of Udupi.
