Bosco Youth

Don Bosco Hassan throbbed with youthful feats as it hosted Cul – Ex – IV 2013 from 1 to 3 November with the theme “Unity in Diversity.” BOSCO Youth & DB volunteers from different parts of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Europe and the United States participated in this cultural exchange programme. The programme was inaugurated on 1 November at 10.00 am. Fr. George Andrade (Parish Priest, St. Antony’s Church, Hassan) gave the inaugural address and Fr. Palithottathil John SDB (Rector) gave the presidential address. Throughout the three days the youth gathered were kept on the go with Eucharistic celebrations, inter-religious prayer services, thought provoking inputs, group discussions and presentations on different cultures. Added to these there were aerobics, night Olympics, camp fire, house visits and outing to hub of art architecture Belur – Halebiduwhich created indelible marks on the young minds.
