Bosco Youth at Hospet (Karnataka) elects new office bearers

13th August, 2017 : Bosco Youth at Don Bosco Hospet had the membership day and orientation programme on Sunday 13th of August 2017.

The programme began with an inauguration and introductory session by Fr. Martin SDB the youth director of Bosco Youth Hospet. oanimated the youth with brief introduction about Bosco Youth Group. This was followed by a sharing session where lots of sharing between the old and the new members took place. During question hours there was interaction between the members where in all came to have an idea about the purpose, objectives and the way the entire youth movement functions. There was a photo session were in photos of various past events were collected and were presented with detailed explanation to the members to get a concrete idea about the programmes organized in the local, state and national level.

The new office bearers were elected by the members of Bosco Youth Group. The out going office beares were thanked and the new team was welcomed. The new members assured the youth group that they would do their best in steer heading the youth group. The following were the newly elected office bearers; Malleshwari as President, Shivu as vice president, Swetha as Secretary and Kiran as treasurer. There were 45 young people gathered on this occasion. Some were experienced and others were new and willing to be part of Bosco Youth.

The new office bearers gathered together for a short while and decided to have yet another meeting at the end of this month to chalk out the action plan.

The meeting concluded with joy of coming together.
