Leadership Training Program

The Diocese of Karwar successfully organized a Leadership Training Program at Holy Rosary Convent at Honnavar, on September 22nd attracting 53 participants. The event aimed to empower the young leaders with essential qualities, Team – building skills, and spiritual values. Fr. Peter Mendonca inaugurated the program, emphasizing integrity, responsibility, and humility in leadership. Interactive sessions led by Fr. Silvan Rodrigues and the Dexco team, emphasized Leadership theories and practical skills, including communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution. The program concluded with a Eucharistic celebration led by Fr. Richard Rodrigues, highlighting Servant Leadership and faith integration. Participants praised the program, citing increased confidence, practical tools, and a renewed commitment to apply their learnings in their communities.
