ICYM Diocese of Chikmagaluru had organized Diksuchi 2022
ICYM Diocese of Chikmagaluru had organized Diksuchi 2022 for all the parish youth office bearers at St.Joseph's cathedral, chikmagaluru on 24th August 2022. Around 45 youths had attended this session. Resource persons were Rev. Fr. Anil Dsa Banglore Diocese youth Director, Rev. Fr. Babush Rodrigus OCD,Mr. Jaison ICYM Preident Diocese of Manglore, Ms.Vishma ICYM General secretary Diocese of Manglore, Mr. Deril Dsa YCS National president. Rev. Fr. Vinay Kumar icym youth director Diocese of Chikmagaluru had organised this programme Mr. Loy Suarez ICYM president of diocese of Chikmagaluru and Mr. Sandeep Suarez St.Joseph's cathedral youth President were present in this programme. Mr. Loy Suarez had welcomed the gathering . In this programme, topics were about the leadership quality to be built in the ICYM unit and what has to be done in ICYM unit, communication skill development, thinking capacity, decision making , team co-operation ability, team building ability. There was a evaluation programe after the session many youths felt that it was very essential and worth doing it. Through this session they got to know that how each individual has to play a role in building the ICYM unit and also the parish unity. The workshop started at 10:30 am and the programme concluded with a Holy Mass at St. Joseph's Cathedral
