Youths from eight parishes gathered at Sadashivgad church hall on September 29, 2024, for Jubilee Deo, a cultural program organized by the Kajubag deanery of the Karwar diocese. Inspired by Fr. Nirmal Miranda’s message,” Youths are pilgrims of hope,”140 young participants shared talents and ideas. The event included the Dexco team's energetic animation, cultural performance, and Fr. Silvian talks on leaning on Jesus with hope and resilience. The creative gesture of the presidents from parishes coming with apple fruit as symbols of unity and love, was a beautiful touch to the Jubilee Deo Program, making it stand out from previous ones. Deanery president Shaun Furtado welcomed guests, symbolizing unity and love. The program ended on a high note with engaging activities led by Fr. Silvan and Akwil. The event received positive feedback, leaving a lasting impact on participants.
