Leaders Conclave with Bellary Diocese
In a significant move, Karnataka ICYM hosted an online meeting with the diocese council to strengthen the ties between the regional and the diocesan teams. Uniting for a higher purpose, the second “Leaders Conclave” took place on April 9th, 2024, in partnership with Bellary Diocese. Twenty-two participants joined, including two representatives from the Bellary diocese. The vice president Vileena Gonsalves welcomed everyone and led the introductions. The team members then discussed the plans and events, for the year, followed by the presentations from the regional team. The meeting allowed for lively interactions among the participants. Support and encouragement were the hallmarks of the Conclave, inspiring and motivating every member from both the region and the diocese.
