Leaders Conclave with Puttur Diocese
On April 16th, 2024, the ICYM Karnataka held its third ‘Leader's Conclave’ an online program, in a combined effort with the diocese of Puttur, drawing a total of 22 participants, including 12 representatives from the diocese. Coordinator Viola Lewis warmly welcomed everyone and made it possible for the participants to introduce themselves, guided the process in a comfortable atmosphere, for constructive dialogue, and purposeful exchange. The ICYM Rexco members facilitated in-depth discussions on the dioceses plans and initiatives for the year, which was then complemented by a detailed presentation from the regional team outlining their decision, expectations and action plans, conveying the idea of working together, sharing resources, and achieving common goals for mutual benefit.
