ICYM Bajpe Unit celebrates National Youth Sunday

5th August, 2018 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Bajpe Unit celebrated National Youth Sunday on 5th August 2018 at 7:30 am mass in St. Joseph Church Bajpe. The Conference of Catholic Bishops of India ( C.C.B.I ) observed and celebrated National Youth Sunday with the theme Youth, Faith and Vocational Discernment on Sunday 5th August 2018 across India. To mark this auspicious occasion, ICYM members of Bajpe Unit celebrated National Youth Sunday by taking part in the Holy Eucharistic Celebration as well by conducting Sunday Liturgy. Rev Fr Stany Monteiro Director St John Paul II Shrine celebrated the Holy Eucharistic Celebration and specially prayed for all the youths. ICYM members offered offerings in large number. Soon after the mass ICYM members celebrated Friendship Day with the Nature by planting saplings in the church premises as a Go Green initiative under the guidance of Rev Fr Leo Lobo Parish Priest, Rev Fr Stany Monteiro Director St John Paul II Shrine, Vinil Pinto President ICYM Bajpe unit and all the members of Bajpe unit took part in Go Green initiative programme. Asha Cutinho proposed the vote of thanks and concluded the programme.
