ICYM Borimar Unit celebrates National Youth Sunday

5th August, 2018 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Borimar Unit celebrated National Youth Sunday on 5th August 2018 at St Joseph Church, Borimar. The Conference of Catholic Bishops of India ( C.C.B.I ) observed and celebrated National Youth Sunday with the theme Youth, Faith and Vocational Discernment on Sunday 5th August 2018 across India. To mark this auspicious occasion, ICYM members of Borimar Unit celebrated National Youth Sunday by taking active part in the Holy Eucharistic Celebration as well by conducting Sunday Liturgy. Rev Fr Gregory Periera Parish Priest celebrated the Holy Eucharistic Celebration followed by adoration for all the youth and specially prayed for all the youth and for the peace and unity in the world. ICYM members offered special offerings in large number and celebrated the Holy Eucharistic Celebration in a sacred way. On this special day ICYM members joined hands and actively contributed their service to build a new path towards the washrooms in the church premises. Parish Priest and all the parishioners appreciated ICYM members for their hard efforts and for their love towards the church. In this way ICYM Borimar Unit Members celebrated National Youth Sunday as a day to remember.
