Report of youth gathering at mariyanagara parish Hassan ckikamagalure

16th September, 2018: On the service rendering to the youth of the Diocese. Indian catholic youth movement Mariyanagara newly formed ICYM unit had organized a one day youth gathering for the youth of mariyanagara parish under the guidance of the Parish priest Rev - Fr Paul D'soza..........

The program started at 9.00 A. M with the Eucharistic celebration of the Holy mass by the Rev-fr Sunil Rodriguez Diocesan youth Director and parish priest Rev fr Paul D'soza after the mass the members of the newly formed ICYM mariyanagara unit conducted the inaugural ceremony after the inaugural function conducted some games and action songs to get the liveliness and make all comfortable in the gathering the after some fun Interactive sessions by Rev fr Sunil Rodriguez Diocesan youth director who spoke to the youth regarding their responsibility and how to involve themselves in their wards, parish, and the society. fr Sunil also stressed the youth to be active in the church and be a good influence to the surrounding. There were many group activities also conducted as well as games for bringing out their creativity all the youth actively participated in the competition and games there were 50 to 60 youth present in the program

The gathering concluded with the closing ceremony and prayers to the youth at 4.00 pm. All dispered happily with joy on their faces and events was success

On this I conclud with a famous saying The strength of a country lies in the power of the youth.
