7. Present Budget to LOC and get approval from KRYC



Note:

When planning the activities ? 1. Please consider the activities of your own committee in co-relation with the other committees. 2. The impact of these dates on the target Starts date of the Convention. 3. Plan backwards and ensure that the entire task of the Committee is completed latest by 30.09.2019 so that the Convention takes off smoothly on 24.10.2019. 4. If tasks are pending or incomplete inform the Core group well in time.
